Aquabell
Invented by C. James Elifritz from Windsor, Wis. 53598 USA. He patented his lightweight ‘shallow water helmet’ in 1974 and they were sold in the seventies with a small 12v air compressor. I once bought a couple of these in the USA and distributed them among friends here in Europe. At least one of them is still used by a friend in France who dives it with his kids using a camping air pump with it ( see the last 5 photographs ) These helmets show up on ebay every now and then at ridiculous low prices.
