At first sight a Korean style diving helmet but the badge has Chinese Characters on it. To me it is not clear where this helmet was built. Any info is invited.

When we click at China links, we found out that this link has Japanese Helmet, instead of Chinese as the character is Japanese (although it can be recognized Chinese, but Japanese uses many Chinese characters in practice). http://www.divescrap.com/DiveScrap_INDEX/Bo_On_Cina.html#0
It is obviously that the helmet is made by Japan, in my knowledge, not only the words, but the workmanship.
