The Hansen ‘2 bolt’ divers helmet as made by Draegerwerk, Lübeck ( Germany )

This chapter should really be placed in the German chapter of this website but since this particular helmet was only used in Denmark and often identified ( by mistake ) as a danish helmet, I decided to publish this chapter in ‘Danmark’. The bonnet of this helmet is made by Draegerwerk, the breastplate is most likely made in Denmark. Usually this would be called a ‘mix-up’ of 2 helmets but since I found an almost identical helmet illustrated in a 1934 edition of the official Draeger company magazine ‘Draeger-Hefte’ I would call it ‘officially’ a Draeger helmet.
